Mulatto Albino Mosquito (Mulat albino komarac)

The protagonist, a 20-year-old drifting through a war-torn city, survives on hunger and nicotine, his youth stolen by conflict. A night out with equally lost friends triggers memories—of childhood, first love, and the moment war shattered everything.

At thirteen, he watched his father taken away before he and his mother were sent to a POW camp. There, violence and cruelty became routine, his childhood erased by beatings, torture, and blaring music. Yet, in the darkness, he clung to memories of music, friendships, and dreams—now nothing but lost possibilities.

Yet, a spark of resilience remains as he dreams of a cinematic escape—fading into the horizon, leaving only an empty road behind.
