Iako se u djelima velikih pisaca na\u0111e pasa\u017ea koji upe\u010datljivo govore o hrani i pi\u0107u (anakreontska i boemska poezija, Rable, Prust \u2013 kola\u010d <\/span>mala madlena<\/span><\/em> kao olfaktivni inicijator uspomena, Gogolj, usmena knji\u017eevnost \u2013<\/span> Jedna gospo\u0111a malo ve\u010derala<\/span><\/em>, Momo Kapor), u srpskoj knji\u017eevnosti malo je knjiga posve\u0107enih blagoutrobiju na literaturno relevantan na\u010din. Goran Daki\u0107<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

Goran Daki\u0107 napisao je\u00a0Dodatak jelima (slavonsko-kraji\u0161ki kuvar)\u00a0<\/em>i to je vjerovatno najosobenija knjiga koju \u0107ete u skorije vrijeme premetati u rukama. I mada joj naslov jasno i nedvosmisleno upu\u0107uje na to \u0161ta \u010ditalac, svakom stranicom sve gladniji, mo\u017ee o\u010dekivati, ovo je ipak “pri\u010da” puna impresija, osje\u0107anja i \u010dulnih impulsa kakve, ruku na srce, ne nalazimo ni u jednom kuvaru. Da ka\u017eemo da je ovo veliki oma\u017e i\u0107u i pi\u0107u, bili bismo djelimi\u010dno u krivu – ovo je i oma\u017e ljudima, \u010dulnosti, nostalgiji, sje\u0107anju, pri\u010danju i pri\u010di, u\u017eivanju.\u00a0 Da ka\u017eemo da je ovo sjajan priru\u010dnik koji valja imati u kuhinji, potpuno bismo proma\u0161ili. Pisac ovih redova je literarizovao gurmanluk, a gurmanluk je ipak neodvojiv od malih stvari koje ga za\u010dinjavaju. I mada vas neki tekstovi mogu nadahnuti, ovo je ipak beskrajno dopadljiva knjiga o ljubavi prema hrani i umije\u0107u u\u017eivanja. I tako je treba i \u010ditati.<\/p>\n
